Man Receives Probation For 5th DUI

Chris Otto received four years probation for his fifth DUI.

On Monday, District Court Judge Kaydee Snipes Ruiz sentenced Otto to four years, all suspended, with the Montana Department of Corrections for felony driving under the influence — fifth or subsequent offense.

Otto is also required to pay a $5,000 fine if he doesn’t complete Hill County DUI Treatment Court.

The charge stems from a Feb. 16 incident when Otto was caught driving drunk.
