The following are reports from the Hill County Sheriff’s Office and Havre Police Department dispatch logs, both agencies that also respond to animal control calls.

8:58 a.m. Someone reported losing their diamond engagement ring.

3:48 p.m. A caller reported identity theft.

4:04 p.m., First Street convenience store. A drunk man was trying to fight people.

8 p.m., 16th Street. A caller reported a drunk driver.

8:58 p.m., Eighth Street. A stolen light bulb was reported.

9:28 p.m., Eighth Avenue and Second Street. A man so drunk he couldn’t stand up. Police arrested a 57-year-old Box Elder man on a disorderly conduct charge.

9:21 p.m, Min Street. Police arrested a 46-year-old Arizona man on a disorderly conduct charge.

9:55 p.m., Old Post Road. A driver in a blue pickup truck was all over the road, possibly drunk.

Today

12:41 a.m., Eighth Street an Fourth Avenue. A black car pulled out in front of him, causing him to run into a roadblock, someone reported. Police arrested a 23-year-old Havre man on charges of DUI, careless driving, driving without a driver’s license, and possession of dangerous drugs.
