Police Blotter- Sept. 4

The following are reports from the Hill County Sheriff’s Office and Havre Police Department dispatch logs, both agencies that also respond to animal control calls.

Tuesday

9:08 a.m., Second Street. Two dogs had been running loose in the alley for the last two mornings.

1:11 p.m., First Street bar. A caller asked police to remove a man from the parking lot. Police arrested a 57-year-old Box Elder man on a disorderly conduct charge.

3:50 p.m., Third Street. A caller reported a stolen sewing cabinet.

4:42 p.m., First Street gas station. Someone accidentally drove off before paying for $19.16 in gas.

5:01 p.m., 16th Street. A caller reported there were puppies in her yard that were digging in her trash.

6:40 p.m., First Street. Police arrested a 37-year-old Havre man on criminal trespass to property and resisting arrest charges.

7:49 p.m., Second Street. A strong bleach smell was reported.

11:20 p.m., 15th Street. Someone was trying to break through the back door, a caller reported. Police arrested a 28-year-old Box Elder man on an assault charge.
