Police Blotter- Sept. 6-9

The following are reports from the Hill County Sheriff’s Office and Havre Police Department dispatch logs, both agencies that also respond to animal control calls.

Friday

11 a.m., U.S. Hwy 2. Someone driving an SUV with out-of-state plates was weaving in and out of traffic and almost caused three wrecks.

12:05 p.m., Lincoln Avenue. A caller reported hearing their neighbors argue.

9:02 p.m., 12th Street. A 47-year-old Havre woman was arrested on a criminal trespass to property charge.

9:35 p.m., Second Street. An anonymous caller reported possible animal cruelty.

9:56 p.m., First Street. A 27-year-old Havre man was arrested on charges of DUI, careless driving charges, driving without insurance-third or more offense, and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

Saturday

9:20 a.m., First Street store. Two young boys were sleeping in the bushes by the store.

12:57 p.m., Third Street. Her daughter assaulted her, a caller reported. Police arrested a 23-year-old Havre woman on a partner or family member assault charge.

Sunday

1:49 a.m., Second Avenue. Police investigated a complaint and cited six people. All were juveniles and charged with being in possession of an intoxicant.

3:54 a.m., Second Street. A male and female were fighting.

6:28 a.m., Fourth Avenue. A 36-year-old Billings man was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

7:45 p.m., First Street. Police arrested a Williston, North Dakota, man on a traffic warrant and for a charge of driving without insurance.

8:04 p.m. A 22-year-old Havre man was arrested on a criminal contempt charge.

9:28 p.m., First Street. Someone complained about a motor home moving slow.
